For those days when you don't know what to have for tea, and you don't feel like washing up.

Ingredients
-
220g dried pasta
-
Protein - eg. tuna, chicken, beans
-
Vegetables - eg grated carrot, sweetcorn, chopped spinach
-
Seasoning
-
Herbs and spices - eg onion granules, garlic, chilli, mixed herbs
-
400ml water
-
200ml milk
-
3tbsp Freshfield Grove extra virgin olive oil
-
400g tinned tomatoes
-
Grated cheese
-
Breadcrumbs (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 200degC.
Place pasta, protein, vegetables, seasoning, herbs and spices in a greased baking dish (mine is 21 x 25 x 6cm) and mix together.
Add the water, olive oil, and milk and stir.
Pour the tomatoes on top and spread over.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and remove the foil. Stir, add grated cheese and breadcrumbs, and return to the oven uncovered for 15 minutes until browned on top.
Remove from the oven and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the dish to firm up a little before serving.
